Next week, Mayor Nenshi will be celebrating his 40th birthday. After such a milestone, Canadian prostate cancer experts suggest men start regularly monitoring their PSA levels as an indication of prostate health.

So, forget the cake and balloons, Mayor Nenshi has invited the Prostate Cancer Centre’s “Man Van” (http://www.prostatecancercentre.ca/what-we-offer/in-the-community/the-man-van) to visit City Hall. With the Man Van, the nurses of the Prostate Cancer Centre will provide free PSA baseline blood tests for Mayor Nenshi and 40 other men who work at The City of Calgary.

Media are invited to this photo/video opportunity. A spokesperson from the Prostate Cancer Centre will also be on hand to answer technical questions.
